Hatice Aydin has been working at Paragaia since August 2020. Before joining us, Hatice had a long career at H&M, where she had the opportunity to grow in various roles. We sat down with Hatice to discuss her experience working at Paragaia.
What is your role at Paragaia?
Marketplace & PIM Expert
Where did you work before joining Paragaia?
I’ve worked for several years in fashion and retail, dealing with various IT solutions and different business areas. I’ve worked as a Requirements Manager, System Owner, and extensively in e-commerce, especially focusing on product information (PIM).
What does your current assignment involve?
Currently, I’m on an assignment where I’m responsible for ensuring the integration between different systems works smoothly when one of our clients is changing their ERP system.
What is the most enjoyable aspect of your role?
What brings me joy in my work is identifying opportunities and improvements. Spotting areas for enhancement and then implementing it together with a team is enjoyable!
What is the best thing about working at Paragaia?
The camaraderie; it’s a great team to work with. We’re solution-oriented, and problems are meant to be solved. I really appreciate the positive mindset!
How do you see yourself developing in the future?
I want to continue learning how things work in different companies and continue contributing to our clients’ journeys.
